We offer high energy thorough full body workouts to gain strength, speed, agility, and for weight loss. 

Each workout will be fitted to the clients wants, needs, and goals.

Our Founder

Founder

KB is a 10 year NFL Vet and former Rutgers University multiple record holder. He is also the first, 1st round draft pick in Rutgers Football History!

KB is a fitness enthusiast to say the least, and after training on both the collegiate and professional level, his library of knowledge on the body and performance is unmatched.

All training sessions will be created by KB personally and tailored to each clients goals. He brings the music, motivation, knowledge and energy to reach any fitness goal.

He pushes me through each workout and gives me that motivation I need to keep going. I’m not going to lie though, the workouts are tough, But KB knows what skills I need to make it to the NFL.
